Acceptable Use Policy

We do not allow sexual content, content that sexualises minors, or any of the other content below — and we check for it on every request, not only after someone complains. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you submit (prompts, instructions and URLs) and everything you make. You must also follow Anthropic's Usage Policy, because the service uses Anthropic's Claude model.

You may not use Opus55Video to create

1. Sexual content. Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive material, or content made for sexual gratification.
2. Content that harms children. Anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors.
3. Violence and dangerous acts. Content that glorifies or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or eating disorders, or gives instructions for weapons or other serious harm.
4. Hate and harassment. Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics, or that bullies, threatens or harasses someone.
5. Impersonation and deception. Content that pretends to be from a real person, company or organisation, fake endorsements or testimonials, misleading ads, scams, or false information about elections, health or public safety.
6. Infringing content. Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including using another company's name, logo or product in a way that suggests it made or endorses your video.

URL mode

Only submit websites you own or are authorised to promote. Do not submit a competitor's or any third party's website to make videos in their brand. Do not submit pages behind a login, private pages, or pages you are not allowed to access.

You may not

• Try to get around credit limits, rate limits, watermarks or content restrictions, for example with multiple accounts.
• Use automated scripts to access the service, except through features we provide for that purpose.
• Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or try to extract the underlying prompts or model output for resale as a competing service.
• Use the service for anything illegal.

What the service can and cannot make

Opus55Video draws motion graphics with code: shapes, type, colour and, in URL mode, the logo from the page you submitted. The code runs in a locked-down sandbox that cannot load images, video or anything else from the internet, so the service cannot produce photographs, photorealistic images or footage of real people.

How we screen every request

1. Before anything is made. Every prompt, every change instruction, every automatic repair request and the text of every page read from a URL is checked by our own keyword filter and by an automated content classifier before the AI model writes anything.
2. Before you see the result. The text that each finished video shows on screen is checked again before the video is saved or shown to you.
3. The AI model follows the same rules and declines requests that break them.
4. If screening is unavailable, nothing is made. We do not fall back to generating unscreened content.

Blocked requests are not charged. We keep a record of every blocked request (see our Privacy Policy).

How we enforce this

• Three blocked requests within 24 hours pause video generation on the account for 24 hours.
• Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent account closure without refund of used credits.
• Zero tolerance for content that sexualises minors: a single blocked attempt permanently disables video generation on the account, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other authorities where the law requires it.
• We may also remove content, limit features, and cooperate with law enforcement and our payment providers.
