Copyright & Trademark Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. Users confirm, under our Terms of Service, that they have the right to use any website, name or logo they submit.

Videos made with Opus55Video are private to the user's account and are downloaded to the user's own device; we do not publish them. If you find a video made with our service that infringes your rights, please send us a notice so that we can act on the account that made it.

How to send a notice

Email support@opus55video.com with the subject "Copyright notice" or "Trademark notice", and include:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email, and whether you act for the rights holder.
2. The copyrighted work or trademark you believe is infringed (for a trademark, the registration number and country if registered).
3. Where the infringing material appears: a link, screenshot or copy of the video, and any account or email address associated with it.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices within 5 business days. We may remove content, restrict features or close accounts, and we will tell the affected user and share your notice with them (we may remove your personal contact details on request).

If you received a notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, or that you have the right to use the material, reply to our email with an explanation and any proof, such as a licence or your ownership of the website you submitted. If a counter-notice is valid, we may restore access unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe other people's rights.

Claude and Opus are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Opus55Video uses these names only to describe the model that powers the service, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
