Using credits

What counts as a video?
A new video costs 320 credits. Each change you ask for in the chat costs 80 credits. The estimated video counts on this page include one change per new video, so 400 credits in total. You can use your credits for a different mix of videos and changes. A 10-second video costs 280 credits.
Do 10-second and 30-second videos cost the same?
No. A 10-second video costs 280 credits, and every video from 15 to 30 seconds costs 320. Each chat change costs 80 credits, regardless of length.
What happens if a video fails?
You get the credits back automatically. The same goes for a change we can't make. If a finished video won't play, we fix it once for free.
Do downloads cost credits?
No. Downloading the MP4 is free, and there is no limit on how many times you download a finished video.
Can I add credits to my plan?
Yes. Subscribers get 35% extra credits on every pack: 1,600 / 3,600 / 6,800 / 10,000 base credits become 2,160 / 4,860 / 9,180 / 13,500 credits. Packs cost $19 / $39 / $69 / $99 and last 12 months.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Anyone can buy a credit pack, from $19 for 1,600 credits (about 4 videos including one change each). Nothing renews. Subscribe if you make videos every month for a lower price per video and the 35% pack bonus.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Your first video is free: 10 seconds, no card needed. It plays in your browser with a watermark; downloading or changing it takes a credit pack or plan. If it doesn't work for you, see our 7-day Refund Policy.
I need more than 225 videos a month. What can I do?
Add credit packs on top of Ultra; as a subscriber you get 35% extra credits on every pack. For a bigger monthly plan, email support@opus55video.com.

Billing

What is your refund policy?

Email support@opus55video.com within 7 days of the charge, if you have made no videos or changes since then. Once you have, that payment cannot be refunded. Downloading a video after the charge also counts as use. We refund the amount paid minus a 6% processing fee, once per account. Duplicate charges, charges after you had already cancelled, and charges we made in error are refunded in full, with no processing fee, and do not count toward the one-refund limit. See the Refund Policy.

These rules apply to payments made on or after 1 November 2026. For subscriptions started before that date, they apply to charges on or after 16 November 2026 (15 days' notice). Earlier charges follow the earlier versions described in the Refund Policy.

How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Billing and cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again. Credits keep their original expiry dates.
Can I change my plan?
Plan switching is handled by support, not self-serve. To move to a new plan without being charged twice, email support@opus55video.com.
When do credits arrive, and when do they expire?
Credits arrive as soon as your payment succeeds. Monthly credits last until your next billing date, about 30 days. Yearly plans give you all 12 months up front, valid for 365 days. Pack credits last 12 months. Credits that expire soonest are used first; buying more does not extend an earlier batch's expiry.
What currency and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in US dollars. Pay by card through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB and Discover, or with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Can I use my videos commercially?
Yes. You own your videos and can use them commercially, including in ads for your business.
Will my video have a watermark?
Accounts with a paid, non-refunded plan or credit-pack order download 1080p MP4 without a watermark. An active subscription is not required. Downloads are free and unlimited. A free preview plays in your browser with a watermark and can't be downloaded until you buy.
